major points of the city. The local people have good access to public transport and
there are many reputed educational institutes nearby. However, parking is a major
issue in this area and there are some cases of minor crimes as well. I have never

located close to the neighborhood where I lived. Furthermore, there were auto

Having lived in Roha for many years now, I think this locality is very beautiful with several attractive places to visit and beaches in close vicinity. Murud Beach,
Alibag Beach, Nandgaon Beach, Kashid Beach, Mandwa Beach, and Kihim Beach
are some of the beaches close to the locality. However, I think water logging during
the monsoon season needs the attention of the authorities, and the internal roads
are congested as well.

has declared this area as a Chemical Industry Zone. This has created a very good
