It is nice place to live. There are number of flats available for rent. Gym and transport facility are also available nearby.

Sector 23 is still an affordable area to stay in but the valuation is expected to rise steeply as Ghaziabad expands more toward the North. Buying a house in the locality now, in my opinion, would be a great decision as the returns of such an investment will be high surely. The only downside I can think of is the high population density in the area which culminates in traffic bottlenecks within the locality. Read More
