Location and price are definite pluses, but there is a lack of some amenities and slow maintenance are some disadvatges of this project.

The project is quite affordable. but I have had problems with maintenance services.

The community is welcoming and has schools and hospitals nearby. But the lack of certain modern amenities was a drawback for me.

While the location is convenient, I found the apartment sizes smaller than expected.

I consider Aditya Sunshine a great option for clients looking for affordable housing in East Bangalore. Being close to schools and hospitals is an added advantage.
