Lovely setting. Nice low-cost house from a reputable builder. The cherry on top is an affordable apartment beside the lake. Full of favorable amenities. The idea of carbon healing homes, along with the large amount of open space and greenery, really caught my interest. I am aware that phase 1 includes all four skyscrapers. The distance from the city center and the lack of some necessities in the area are the only drawbacks.
