Great design, with a separate entry path on a 70-foot roadway, lots of amenities (full-size basketball, a large pool, three clubhouses, and more), 70% open space, and lots of flora. The three-bedroom flats may have been larger, though, with greater use of available space. We have encountered exactly one problem thus far. Overall, a successful project by a trusted builder.

Project with good financial value! The project used anchor switches, which is a nice choice. The bathroom fixtures were from the Essco brand, which is not very popular but looks good. The six-foot corridor appeared wider than it actually is in many spots. The lift could have been bigger because it can only fit seven people at a time. However, Signature is a better upgrade than the previous projects by Candeur. Highly recommended.
