Chandak Nishchay Wing B is an excellent project with several amenities and facilities. It is strategically located in Borivali East, which is a nice neighbourhood. The best position in terms of traffic and decent connections. New shopping centre with Metro Grocery Wholesale Mall across the diagonal. However, there is an acute water shortage during summer, and the area is very polluted and congested during peak hours. I am impressed with what it has to offer. Read More

I rented an apartment in Chandak Nishchay Wing B, and it is excellent in terms of design and location. I was very happy to know that it is close to some important employment hubs. Within five to ten km of the locality are two significant employment hubs: Kandivali and the Film City complex.
