Even the occupants are not permitted to disobey the regulations due to the extreme security. Public transportation is the lone drawback.

Every unit is charged a whopping Rs. 22/-when there is a power outage and we are using power backup, making it extremely costly. To be honest, we find it really annoying since there are power outages every day for five to six hours. I don't have any other issues concerning the flat, save this one.
