My attention was drawn to Kohinoor Westview Reserve's social and retail facilities. Being the location of JSPM College, Indira College, and Balaji Institutes makes it a renowned hub for education.It is close to a number of IT parks as well. The homeowners have excellent shopping options thanks to their proximity to a number of shopping malls. I chose Kohinoor Westview Reserve as my house for a number of reasons. That being said, its advantageous position really drew my attention. In West Pune, Wakad is a recently constructed residential area that offers 2 BHK apartments in the mid-range price range. Of these, I believe Kohinoor Westview Reserve to be among the best.
