Prestige Park Drive is in an emerging region near the airport, and sometimes reputation and brand matter. Metro connectivity, an IT footprint, and other well-known and reputable builders have already begun working there. Therefore, in my opinion, the Devanahalli Airport Area could be a potential future destination. Park Drive is a benefit because it's close to the highway and a gated community from Prestige.
