This is an affordable society. None of the affordable offers 4 weeler parking. If you require parking and world class services, then go for luxury appartment with rent of 50 60K. I have been living 3 months now and really happy. I pay extra for parking, but I was always aware about this extra cost since I am buying this flat at lower rates.
Havent seen any water problem yet. Again as per government norms electricity usage cannot go beyond 3 KW. So if you want 3 ACs installed in 2 BHK flat, rethink about it.
Also every society asks for move in move out charges. In luxusry flats it is around 50 60K.
Security is strict, there are always few people in every society who create mess.
