The choice of location for Sobha City is brilliant. Schools, hospitals and universities are so close to here. The one thing that was very convenient for us was the level of transparency during and after the apartment purchase. The maintenance fee is a little high for us but it is worth it considering that all the society facilities and amenities are available at our disposal all times. All these years living here we have not faced any major issues except a few times when hosting a gathering. There is a limited amount of parking space available for guests.
