He was born in a family of realtors, since the time of his grandfather Shri Hathising Hargovandas.Until 1965 the construction industry inÿAhmedabadÿwas an unorganized sector. H. K. Construction was the first to revolutionise the construction industry inÿAhmedabadÿin terms of professionalism, quality, legality and integrity. It was the first to introduce the concept of row houses and high rises in the state of Gujarat.
