Rithala is not only one of the oldest localities of Delhi, but it is also one of the few most significant localities. It is well connected through the Red line of the Delhi Metro via Rohini West and Rithala Metro station, which also happens to be the last station on the Red line. Other railway stations that are easily accessible from Rithala include Mangolpuri Railway Station and Badli Railway Station. Rithala is also known for its Heliport by Pawan Hans, a significant magnet for the count of footfall in this locality. What’s Not Great about Rithala

The residents of Rithala have been complaining about the condition of the buses run by Delhi Public Transport, especially the ones that operate via Rithala. Other issues that the locals of the area have experienced are incidents of theft. There have been several such incidents in the recent past which makes the locality quite unsafe. The residents do not prefer to go out alone at night for the very same reason. As Rithala is counted amongst the few of the poshest localities in Delhi, the rental rates and the selling price of the locality are quite high, making it less affordable for real estate buyers and prospective tenants. 

A few other drawbacks shall include the long hours of traffic jams, which can leave a person stuck on the road for hours and the high volume of traffic snarls which keep occurring throughout the day.
