What’s Great

Within 3-5 kilometres are all the locations needed for daily necessities, including shopping centres, theatres, grocery stores, restaurants, hospitals, banks, and schools. Rithala on the Red Line and Rohini Sector 18 on the Yellow Line are the other two adjacent metro stations. The neighbourhood market and grocery stores are accessible by foot. Going outside at night is safe, but there are more snatchings these days. There are possibilities for shared transportation, and companies like Ola, Uber, and Rapido are regularly accessible. Prashant Vihar and Shahbad Dairy are the closest police stations.

What’s not great 

There isn’t enough parking available in this area, which is one of its biggest drawbacks. Finding a parking spot close to your house is really challenging. Therefore, picking a property with parking inside would be a wise decision. In addition, this area is very polluted because Delhi is one of the most polluted states in the world. However, since SwarnJayanti Park is close by, you can go for morning walks there to get some fresh air and stay in shape.
