I adore ABA County 107 for a multitude of reasons. Enough space exists in our utility room to accommodate a modest upright freezer, a dryer, and a washer. Above the utility room, we have a tiny attic area that we use for storage. Our patio is a good size, big enough to fit our barbecue, four seats, and a patio table. It connects well. excellent quantity of parking spaces, close to excellent marketplaces for high school education and hotel services. There are several marketplaces close by, and the neighborhood is generally safe. The roadways are also generally sanitary and clean. The metro station is a good distance away, and my neighborhood has few street lights. The water quality is also subpar.
