Demand for property in Sanpada has always been on the higher side with skyrocketing development in the area. There are several buses going till the CST and AC buses are also available here. There are seven schools and three colleges located in Sanpada. Property prices have gone up by approximately 11.04% in the area as per Q3 2015 and average prices stand at around INR 14, 444 per sq. ft. for the same period. Popular projects include Progressive Group Highness, Bhumiraj Heritage and Monarch Properties Harmony. With social amenities being developed here, it is a matter of time before Sanpada becomes an appealing residential destination for home buyers. Sanpada will witness further growth due to its strategic location and its well planned layouts which leave no room for traffic congestion or mismanagement.
