The NMMT bus network also links the area to Kalyan, Thane, Badlapur, Dombivali, Panvel, Bhayandar, Uran, Khopoli and Borivali. There are several buses going till the CST and AC buses are also available here. There is a highly active association for senior citizens in the area with more than 400 members and a recreational centre for senior citizens has recently been provided by the NMMC.Quality medical facilities are available in the area courtesy Mydentist, Smilecare dental and Cosmoderma Clinic, Suasti Family Medical Centre, Oculus, Dr. Menon’s, Shree Clinic and Dr. Smita Mukherjee’s Eye Clinic. There are seven schools and three colleges located in Sanpada. Property prices have gone up by approximately 11.04% in the area as per Q3 2015 and average prices stand at around INR 14, 444 per sq. ft. for the same period. Popular projects include Progressive Group Highness, Bhumiraj Heritage and Monarch Properties Harmony. With social amenities being developed here, it is a matter of time before Sanpada becomes an appealing residential destination for home buyers. Sanpada will witness further growth due to its strategic location and its well planned layouts which leave no room for traffic congestion or mismanagement.
