I have been living in Seawoods Darave for a few months now and overall, I am satisfied with the locality. It is close to some of the key employment zones such as Nerul and CBD Belapur are only 10 Kms and 5 Kms away, respectively. There are several renowned schools in the area such as Don Bosco Senior Secondary School and Podar International. There are many options for public transport.

I used to live in Seawoods Darave a few years ago and it was one of the best localities I have ever lived in. We had good access to all kinds of necessities and the Seawoods Grand Central Mall had several international brands and stores. Besides, there were many entertainment zones such as Go Sport, indoor amusement parks, and shopping stores in Seawoods Darave where we used to hang out on the weekends.

I have been living in Seawoods Darave for some years now, and the ongoing developments have increased the demand for housing in the locality. Popular business hubs such as Reliance Corporate Park, ITC Industrial area, Airoli Knowledge Park and Reliance Corporate Park are in close vicinity to Seawoods Drive. However, there are some environmental issues like deforestation and encroachment, and the destruction of wasteland in society, that need immediate attention.

I rented an apartment in Seawoods Darave owing to its growing popularity among tenants. It has proximity to several important areas such as Khargarh, Belapur, Panvel via cabs and auto-rickshaws. It is one of the most popular rental belts in Navi Mumbai due to its proximity to commercial hubs and sound social infrastructure. However, illegal parking of vehicles has caused inconvenience to pedestrians and traffic congestion.

Being a resident of Seawoods Darave for a long time, I can say I am satisfied with the neighbourhood. It has good connectivity to CBD Belapur and the area is popular for its premium housing projects. The railway connectivity is another major advantage of living in Seawoods Darave. It is an excellent locality in terms of lifestyle, connectivity, safety and environment. The ongoing developments may increase the demand for housing in future.
