Sector 137 in Noida is a well-planned residential neighbourhood that is situated next to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The Mahamaya Flyover is around 12 km away from Sector 137. Due to the location's proximity to the NGN Expressway, visiting other areas of Noida and Delhi is simple. The neighbourhood provides a beautiful outlook with a 100-metre green belt lining the whole motorway line. Sectors 135, 136, 141, and 142 are in the neighbourhood. Developers, including Paras, Exotica, Logix, Purvanchal, Prateek, Gulshan Homes, and Ajnara, have developments in the area.

What's Great about Sector 137? 

The area is very advantageous to the metro (aqua line). Notable schools in the area include Genesis Global School, SKS World School, and Delhi Public School. This location is crowded. There are difficulties with the water supply. Residents find the waste management system inadequate. In addition, because of the inadequate drainage system, waterlogging occurs during the monsoon. Congestion occurs at peak hours.
