The upscale neighbourhood of Sector 69 is located in Gurgaon, alongside the Southern Peripheral Road. This neighbourhood is close to Golf Course Ext Road, Sector 66 Gurgaon, and Sector 70 Gurgaon. Most of the properties available here are mostly apartments or independent houses.

What's Not Great about Sector 69

Golf Course Extension Road becomes severely flooded during a downpour, making it challenging to go to the sector. Residents are concerned about the 3 km corridor between Sector 69 Gurgaon and Sector 70A without any lighting. Southern Peripheral Road is in poor condition and has uneven bumps. During peak hours, Vatika Chowk, a major intersection close to this sector, frequently has heavy traffic. The limited availability of public transit options in Sector-69 Gurgaon is inconvenient for the locals.
