Yelahanka, located in Bengaluru's northern region, is a prosperous neighbourhood with both residential and commercial areas. It is barely 14 km away from the heart of Bengaluru, and the new Airport Road makes travelling there quick and easy. Yelahanka, which was formerly solely a Bengaluru satellite town, soon fell under the development purview of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP). Yelahanka Old Town and Yelahanka New Town are the two segments that make up the area today due to its tremendous growth and expansion.
The majority of people are unaware that Yelahanka was Bengaluru's original location. Yelahanka became the first capital of the city after being built by Kempe Gowda, who also founded Bengaluru. He did not extend the city to Basavanagudi and KR Market until much later.
This place is closest to the Kempegowda International Airport. This area is getting developed at a rapid pace which also creates huge opportunities for its growth and expansion. There is a large number of new properties being developed here which can be used for both residential and commercial purposes. But one big drawback of this place is that it is far away from central Bangalore. Regular water supply is also an issue here and there are not adequate streetlights available on the roads.

This area is also known for its lake The Kere lake, Allalasandra lake and Puttenahalli lake due to the excellent social infrastructural facilities- educational institutions, healthcare facilities it has attracted many home buyers in the part of teh city. Yelahanka is accessible from various parts of Bengaluru through a well-established road, rail and Metro network. Proximity to Kempegowda International Airport and employment hubs such as Embassy Manyata Tech Park and Kirloskar Business Park.
Yelahanka is a well-planned city with a mix of multistory apartment and villa projects. The newly developed Navayuga Devanahalli KIAL Expressway, constructed as a part of NH 44, passes through the northeastern side of Yelahanka. Bengaluru. Here gyms, malls, and movie theatres are within walking distance. Hospitals are also close to this locality. It has a nearby railway station and a bus station. I get pleasant weather throughout the year with a max temperature of 38 degrees in this locality.
Yelahanka is a suburb older than Bengaluru, located 14 km from the city center. I got many shopping complexes and many grocery shops in every area in this locality. There are also many cafes to entertain and malls around. The locality is close to the airport, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Yelahanka is a crucial pillar in the government's aggressive push to promote north Bangalore as the next economic activity hub. I love this place.
I bought a house in this locality in Bangalore. I live peacefully in this calm, beautiful area. Yelahanka has good roads and lakes. The Canadian International School and Orchids International Schools are the noted schools in the area. I get several top fitness centers in the locality. Many hospitals are around the location. Jakkur Lake is a landmark in this locality. There is no metro connectivity in this area. Also, the Lack of adequate street lights is a safety issue at night in this locality.
