    Cosmos Lounge offers a variety of floor plans ranging from 1 to 3 BHK apartments with a carpet area ranging from 500 to 1180 sq ft and are designed well and gives a sense of comfort and peace.

    Reputable schools are close by Cosmos Jewels, and the area also has several retail centers and shopping center, making it handy for the residents. In addition, there is a clubhouse and an indoor game room, which is a highly valued amenity and is hard to find in other projects in the area. It would be nice to have a gym inside the complex.     The towers of the Cosmos Lounge are just stunning, the external facade looks modem and chic. The infrastructure is well panned with large open areas for recreational activities. The inclusion of a sand pit and designated play area for the kids is very nice to see.

    Cosmos Lounge, according to me is the best value for money if you are looking for a home in the Manpada area. Thane west is changing fast with residential complexing cropping up everywhere and the valuation is expected to shoot up.

    I enjoy the highly developed infrastructural facilities in Manpada. Both garden and ground for children along with the clubhouse for getting to gather. The locality has a vicinity that is fully sanitated. Many restaurants and a D-mart are available at 500 meters. This locality is good for e-commerce, manufacturing, distributorship, etc. A school like Ryan international school is 1.5 km whereas hospital-like AIMS is approx 3.5 km from the locality.     I am living here for almost five years. There are many vegetable and home amenities markets nearby. This locality has an eco-friendly environment. The one closest to me is just 5 minutes away by walking also the government hospital is very close literally, cinemas in almost every mall, cafe, restaurant, bar almost everything.     It's a wonderful experience for me to live in such a beautiful locality in Thane. It is connected by the Thane-Ghodbunder Road (National Highway 48) and Eastern Express Highway. Manpada is situated in the center of the city. Many restaurants and a D-mart are available at 500 meters.
