Before discovering Nexus Hyde Park Residency, I had been looking for a reasonable price on an apartment in Manpada, Thane, and I now regret not finding it sooner. The 521 square feet of the 2BHK I purchased suit my family and me. They spend most of the day at home, so I also like the security measures.

I've spent over a month residing at Nexus Hyde Park Residency. Getting to know everyone here has been a lot of fun so far. The welcoming neighborhood and excellent management service are two notable features of this property. A power backup and a constant drinking water supply only serve to sweeten the deal.

Nexus Hyde Park Residency provided me with the apartment I was looking for, which had excellent connectivity but was also somewhat quiet. It is situated on Thane Ghodbunder Road, just outside of Thane. I'm impressed with both the project and the rooms' caliber. A reliable medium-sized project with 1-2BHK rooms is Nexus Hyde Park Residency. I wanted a 2BHK at first, but since the price was out of my price range, I decided on a 1BHK. However, it is 432 square feet, which is more than enough.

Nexus Hyde Park Residency is a perfect residency for people like me who are here in Thane for work. The residency provides all the basic amenities. The security of this society is top-notch for peaceful living.

I enjoy the highly developed infrastructural facilities in Manpada. Both garden and ground for children along with the clubhouse for getting to gather. The locality has a vicinity that is fully sanitated. Many restaurants and a D-mart are available at 500 meters. This locality is good for e-commerce, manufacturing, distributorship, etc. A school like Ryan international school is 1.5 km whereas hospital-like AIMS is approx 3.5 km from the locality. I am living here for almost five years. There are many vegetable and home amenities markets nearby. This locality has an eco-friendly environment. The one closest to me is just 5 minutes away by walking also the government hospital is very close literally, cinemas in almost every mall, cafe, restaurant, bar almost everything. This locality is good for e-commerce, manufacturing, distributorship, etc. This locality is cooler as compared to other localities. For its eco-friendly environment. All basic amenities like hospitals, schools, colleges, and markets are available nearby. The neighborhood people are very friendly. The area is near the highway. The nearest railway station is Thane at about 5.6 km. Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is 24.8 km and Santacruz Domestic Airport is about 34.5 km from Manpada. It's a wonderful experience for me to live in such a beautiful locality in Thane. It is connected by the Thane-Ghodbunder Road (National Highway 48) and Eastern Express Highway. Manpada is situated in the center of the city. Many restaurants and a D-mart are available at 500 meters. Connectivity is going to be good with the upcoming metro and roads to Navi Mumbai, Kalyan & Dombivli. I have never faced a problem like water shortage which is a regular problem in other areas.
